The Role:


We’re looking for a Full Stack Development Team Lead to join our B2B online casino team. This role is hands-on and varied. You’ll be responsible for the frontend and middleware layers across a group of client brands in a specific region, while also leading a team of developers’ day to day.

The focus is simple: build solid, performant features and keep both the team and our customers moving forward.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Leading and supporting a team of developers, helping them grow and stay aligned
  • Making technical decisions around our React/Next.js frontend and middleware layer
  • Keeping code quality high without slowing down delivery
  • Working closely with product and other teams to ship features end-to-end
  • Stepping in when things get stuck — technically or otherwise

We’re building a cross-functional team, so people here don’t work in silos. You’ll be expected to move across layers when needed and take ownership of features from start to finish. To do well in this role, you need to be comfortable balancing hands-on work with leadership. Strong technical judgment matters, but so does the ability to keep a team focused, unblock them quickly, and make steady progress in a fast-paced environment. Overall, this role is about building things properly, leading people well, and delivering consistently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, release, and maintain online casino brands using our white-label platform
  • Maintain and improve existing frontend templates for the region, and create new ones when needed
  • Support and extend our Directus CMS, ensuring stability and smooth content operations
  • Contribute to and maintain scalable backend services that support high-traffic Environments
  • Take ownership of features end-to-end — from initial concept through to production
  • Lead a distributed, asynchronous team of developers, keeping work moving without
  • heavy coordination overhead
  • Ensure solid test coverage and reliability across all delivered work


 Requirements:

  • Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript in backend development
  • Strong experience with Next.js, Tailwind and Typescript for frontend development
  • Minimum 5 years experience with full stack development.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position.
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of leadership and ownership.
  • Strong experience with SQL. Experience with Node, Typescript, GraphQL and Vue are considered an asset.
  • Nice to have: Experience with online casino development, Redis, Bun Runtime & Rabbit MQ
