What You’ll Do:
As a Front Desk Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our hotel—greeting guests with warmth, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and making every interaction unforgettable. You’ll patrol the lobby with energy and enthusiasm, guiding guests to self-service kiosks and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
You’ll also:
Deliver upbeat, personalized service that reflects our Caesars values.
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with confidence and care.
Maintain accuracy in cashiering and paperwork.
Be a problem-solver, a smile-maker, and a memory-creator.
What You Bring:
A passion for people and a knack for communication.
At least 1 year of front desk or guest service experience.
Basic computer skills (6 months minimum).
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Physical & Mental Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods and move around the lobby with ease.
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Able to work in a secondary smoke environment.
Ready to reach, stoop, twist, and crouch as needed.
