Why We Need You

Pulse Point is seeking a Fraud and Risk Analyst to support the effective management of fraud prevention and risk mitigation activities within the organization. The role is responsible for monitoring transactional activity, conducting investigations, and performing risk assessments to detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent behavior across customer operations.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data and trends in order to recommend risk mitigation strategies and improve existing fraud detection processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and act on syndicates, bonus abusers and groups, and multi-accounting through account and data analysis.
• Understand and act according to the company and departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and assist in implementing them in daily operation.
• Compile and manage handled fraud cases to use them as case studies.
• Provide accurate reporting on case work and financial impact.
• Review customers' financials, betting patterns, and select high-risk profile accounts for actions.
• Identify specific areas of concern and vulnerability and recommend areas of improvement.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or a similar role within the online gaming, fintech, or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and anomalies within large datasets.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention tools, risk management systems, and data analysis platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
