ENTER THE GAME

As a FP&A Analyst, you will act as a Finance Business Partner for the Tech teams (600+ employees). You will play a key role in monitoring project costs, ensuring the reliability of time tracking data, and supporting financial decision-making in a fast-growing and tech-driven environment. You will also contribute to staff cost analysis.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

  • Act as a Business Partner for Tech teams, supporting them in understanding and managing their costs
  • Monitor time tracking data and ensure accurate allocation of time across tech projects
  • Analyze project costs and ensure consistency with budgets and financial forecasts
  • Develop a strong understanding of tech projects to challenge financial coherence
  • Produce and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to tech and staff costs
  • Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget, and propose corrective actions
  • Support the monitoring of headcount and payroll costs, in collaboration with the FP&A Staff Costs team
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure clear communication of financial insights

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

  • You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Management Control, or a related field
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in management control or financial analysis
  • You have a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have an interest in tech environments
  • A first experience in staff costs or HR controlling is a plus
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You are known for your rigor and attention to detail, combined with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and are comfortable interacting with non-financial stakeholders
  • You show proactivity, the ability to challenge the business, and a strong team spirit with adaptability

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
  • Next, you will meet Cyrille – Head of Staff Costs, your future manager
  • You will complete a case study on Excel
  • Finally, you will visit our Bordeaux office to meet Cyrille again, Thomas – FP&A Director and Elodie for a final HR interview.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
