This role is with the ARRISE group.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff such as croupiers and shufflers;
- Offering support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.
Requirements:
- Work experience: at least 1-year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino Industry;
- Multiple game knowledge is a plus;
- Seniority within the company: at least 12 months;
- Excellent knowledge of internal procedures, and regulations;
- Over 95% evaluations in the last 6 months without disciplinary measures;
- Great attendance score;
- Written and verbal communications skills Romanian/English (any other foreign language is a plus);
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Patience and understanding when working with people;
- PC skills (Operating PC, Microsoft Office).
