  • Run, reconcile, and provide commentary on the weekly flash report, ensuring accuracy and meaningful insights once automated reporting is in place.

  • Conduct initial reviews of financial data and models, performing reconciliations, sense checks, and highlighting anomalies or one-off items for further FP&A analysis.

EPM System Ownership

  • Own the process of accessing, interpreting, and loading financial data into the EPM system.

  • Monitor and maintain EPM load status during forecasting periods, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data submissions.

  • Manage the EPM constant currency process across budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting.

Management Reporting & Presentations

  • Support the preparation of recurring reporting packs and first drafts of finance presentations.

  • Assist in delivering standardised and ad-hoc financial reporting for the International CFO and Senior Director of FP&A.

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and data quality.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency with EPM systems and financial data management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels across the organisation with clarity, impact and relevance
