What We are looking for

As a Financial Controlling Manager , you will join our dynamic Reporting & Controlling team! You will work towards implementing ways to streamline the financial activities that will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the financial department in alignment with the company's goals and policies.

What you will work on:

• Support monthly/quarterly and year-end management account close process
• Review of company contracts and expenses recalculation in specific areas
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls
• Assist with the timely submission of monthly management reporting
• Assist in controlling processes and developing and documenting business and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen
• Participate in ad-hoc activities of the department

What you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics
• 5+ years of working experience in a relevant role
• Previous working background in Controlling Department
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards are mandatory
• Strong goal-orientation, organizational skills with analytical mindset
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Ability to work on multiple projects, adhere to timelines and demonstrate ownership
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluency in English language with excellent verbal & writing skills
