Finance Business Partner

Job title: Finance Manager - International Costs

Location: Isle of Man, London or Dublin

Overview of the role:

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Finance Manager to support the delivery of cost planning and performance management across our International division. This role will play a key part in delivering financial transparency, driving cost efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making across our International brands.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:

Cost Planning & Forecasting

  • Liaise with regional finance teams to build a consolidated strategic view of costs trajectories

  • Provide challenge and insight to ensure plans are ambitious, realistic and aligned with corporate objectives

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Produce accurate and timely month-end reporting and commentary for senior finance and business leadership

  • Track cost performance against budget/forecast, highlighting key drivers and recommending corrective actions

  • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance cost visibility

Business Partnering

  • Partner with international budget holders and regional FP&A teams to support cost planning and accountability

Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects to enhance financial processes and systems

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting automation, data integrity, and forecasting accuracy

  • Support ad-hoc analysis, cost benchmarking, and modelling to inform strategic decisions

Bonus Planning & Performance Tracking

  • Play a key role in liaising and co-ordinating our company-wide and executive bonus schemes.

  • Support in the annual target-setting process, track performance against scorecards, and update bonus expectations regularly throughout the year.

  • Work closely with HR and senior finance stakeholders to ensure bonus planning aligns with business performance, approved budgets, and financial forecasts.

What you’ll bring:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent analytical and review skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and takes full ownership of tasks assigned while delivering to tight deadlines.

  • Logical and methodical and with ability and willingness to learn and progress.

  • Commercial attitude and adaptable to a global fast paced environment.

  • Takes pride and shows passion in all deliverables assigned.

  • A proactive individual who has a desire to contribute in all areas of financial performance and planning.

  • Results driven, must be able to adapt under pressure across a global organisation engaging with multiple stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of budget and forecasting tools advantageous but not essential.

  • High levels of personal integrity and ethics.

  • Inquisitive and naturally curious mind.

  • Managing ambiguity, able to work effectively in uncertain circumstances.

  • Interested in continuously improving processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
