Part of a FTSE 50 company with nearly 30,000 employees across 30+ countries including Europe, the USA, Australia and New Zealand, Entain ANZ powers leading brands like TAB, Trackside and Ladbrokes. At Entain, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and Finance underpins the commercial decisions that drive performance, sustainable growth, and world-class customer experiences.

Your Impact

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business to remain financially strong, commercially focused, and set up to deliver great customer outcomes. By providing clear insights, sound planning, and trusted advice, you’ll help leaders make informed decisions that drive performance and long-term growth.

Working closely with our senior stakeholders, you’ll translate complex financial data into meaningful insights, challenge thinking, and contribute to strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You’ll build your commercial capability using data, modelling, and continuous improvement to uncover opportunities and enhance business performance.

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business, offering exposure, development, and the platform to grow your career within a global organisation, while growing your capability to influence decisions that shape performance. We welcome candidates at different stages of their career, whether you’re stepping into business partnering or bringing existing experience, you’ll be supported to develop and make a meaningful contribution.

  • Challenge assumptions and provide commercial guidance to improve performance and decision quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial outcomes with business priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across planning and reporting, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.

Your Strengths

  • Relevant qualification in business, commerce or finance; CA/CPA (completed or in progress) highly regarded.
  • Background in commercial finance, with a desire to build capability in business partnering.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities.
