Our Finance team plays an important role in helping the business make informed decisions, manage performance and continue delivering great experiences for our customers. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted finance contact for leaders across Trading, D&A, Outbound, VIP and Events, using clear analysis, commercial insight and strong stakeholder relationships to support business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
You’ll join an experienced and supportive FP&A team in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you’ll have the autonomy to take ownership, solve problems and make a meaningful contribution.
Your Impact
You’ll help leaders manage performance, plan effectively and make informed commercial decisions through accurate analysis, clear reporting and practical financial insight, by:
- Owning the end-to-end month-end process for your areas, including transaction reviews, journal preparation and wider Finance support.
- Providing variance analysis and clear commentary to help stakeholders understand performance, risks and opportunities.
- Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting, working closely with business partners to develop accurate financial plans.
- Translating financial information into practical insights for Exco and business leaders to support commercial decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting while supporting ad hoc analysis and finance projects.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline, with at least three years’ experience in business partnering or commercial finance roles.
- Excel skills, including the ability to build complex, clear financial models covering P&L and balance sheet analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Advanced relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders, influence decisions and explain financial information clearly.
Nice to Have

- CA or CPA qualification, or currently working towards completion.
- Experience with data modelling, Oracle or similar finance systems.
- Experience in the sports betting, racing, gaming, entertainment or another high-volume, fast-paced industry.
