Overview

As a Fast Play Product Manager, you will serve as the primary product expert and customer partner for Fast Play offerings. This role builds trusted customer relationships, translates business needs into product solutions, and guides Fast Play games from concept through launch. The position works onsite at the Lakeland, Florida facility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, internal delivery teams, and product development to ensure games are optimized, compliant, and commercially successful. 
 

What You'll Do

 

Customer Partnership & Product Leadership
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with Fast Play customers across assigned jurisdictions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Fast Play portfolio, presenting product capabilities and recommendations.
  • Analyze performance data, KPIs, and market trends to guide gameplay strategies and portfolio decisions.
  • Recommend product enhancements aligned with customer needs, competitive insights, and Brightstar best practices.
  • Ensure visibility of forecasts and pipeline activity with Lakeland‑based customer‑facing and development teams.

 

Project & Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Develop and manage project timelines in partnership with technical and site teams.
  • Monitor game development, art conversion, and software builds to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Resolve issues by collaborating with software, project, and operational stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding of new customers by gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives focused on process and product improvements. 

 

Game Design & Development
  • Apply best practices from Instant Win, Fast Play, and eInstant games to develop customer‑ready concepts.
  • Submit design requests and collaborate with Creative teams on new game assets.
  • Build prize structures, including guaranteed low‑end prize structures (GLEPs), aligned with game mechanics.
  • Review gameplay, parameters, and playability, offering informed recommendations as needed.
  • Contribute requirements and insights for future Fast Play product enhancements and integrations.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Printing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in customer service, account management, or a related role.
  • 3+ years in lottery, printing, manufacturing, or a comparable industry. 
  • Strong project and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel formulas and calculations.
  • Ability to create accurate prize and payout structures.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Self‑directed, collaborative, and effective under tight deadlines.

 

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience with international accounts or multilingual environments.
  • Prior team leadership or people management experience.
  • Foreign language proficiency (French, German, Portuguese, or Spanish)

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989 - $200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
