ENTER THE GAME

In the context of strong growth and international expansion, Betclic is strengthening its CEO Office to support an increasingly dynamic and demanding environment.

Working in close proximity to the CEO and the Executive Committee, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of governance and organizing high-level interactions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a central member of the CEO Office, working in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Manage a complex and highly demanding calendar in an international environment, ensuring clear visibility and effective prioritization of the CEO’s time.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings according to priorities, constraints, and urgent changes, while maintaining a structured agenda.
  • Prepare, schedule, and follow up on governance meetings, including Executive Committee sessions, committees, and key leadership meetings.
  • Manage invitations, agendas, logistics, documentation, and the collection and distribution of meeting materials.
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of decisions and action items, supporting clear execution across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate interactions between the CEO, Executive Committee, and internal or external stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth information flow and high-quality communication across the CEO Office.
  • Handle a high volume of requests with responsiveness and continuously adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Organize national and international travel, internal events, and team meetings.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoices, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day organization and suggest simple, effective adjustments to ways of working.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm !
This job is for you if:

  • You have proven experience of 5 to 10 years as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
  • You have already supported senior leaders in demanding and fast-moving environments.
  • You have experience in an international context, ideally within a tech, scale-up, or similarly dynamic organization.
  • You are highly organized and know how to manage complex calendars and multiple priorities with ease.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • You are known for your service mindset, adaptability, rigor, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate discretion and handle confidential information with absolute care.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Elliot, Talent Acquisition Specialist, will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Mathieu, HR Director, followed by Julien Brun, CEO.

Finally, Elliot will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
