Why we need you

We’re on a mission to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, and we believe that your unique skills, passion and superdrive will help us achieve our vision.

Alongside core executive support, this role offers exposure to senior decision-making, product strategy, and commercial operations. You’ll work closely with leadership, helping to pull together data, build presentations, and gain a genuine “by-osmosis” understanding of how a global business is run.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded EA who wants to develop into a broader operational or business role over time.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executive & Administrative Support
    • Provide high-level diary management for two senior executives, prioritising and coordinating complex schedules.
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
    • Manage expenses accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions from key meetings.
    • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Business & Operational Support
    • Assist with pulling together data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
    • Prepare clear, well-structured presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support planning cycles, leadership meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
    • Track key actions, deadlines, and deliverables across product and leadership priorities.
    • Liaise with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a connector and facilitator.
  • Growth & Development (What makes this role different)
    • Learn the rhythm and mechanics of running a global product-led business.
    • Gain exposure to product strategy, commercial thinking, and executive decision-making.
    • Take on increasing responsibility over time as trust and capability grow.
    • Be encouraged to spot opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working

This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. You may be required to complete other reasonable duties in order to achieve business objectives.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Experience pulling together data, reports, or presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness or curiosity about how businesses operate.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing without authority.
  • Exposure to product, technology, or digital environments.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

You’re not just someone who “gets things done” — you want to understand why things are done. You’re naturally curious, comfortable with numbers and slides, and motivated by learning how decisions are made at the top of an organisation.

You may see this role as a long-term EA position with expanded scope, or as a stepping stone into operations, strategy, or product — either way, you’re eager to grow, learn, and contribute beyond the basics.
