Job Description

The EA will report directly to the Group Financial Controllere Director and will be primarily responsible for supporting the Group Financial Controller, the Group Audit Director and the Head of Taxation. The EA will additionally support the the Finance Leadership team with the day to day running of the Finance leadership function, providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional administrative and operational support to the Finance Leadership Team (FLT).  

  • Manage complex diaries and commitments for the FLT, exercising sound judgement to prioritise requests, protect critical deadlines, and control unsolicited approaches.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference and video calls, events, travel, and accommodation using company systems and external providers where required.
  • Prepare, draft, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting packs accurately and on time.
  • Act as a single point of contact for information and data requests, liaising confidently across the global business and with external partners.
  • Process expenses promptly and ensure smooth administrative support for day‑to‑day FLT operations.
  • Support FLT-led functions, conferences, and events, including on‑site attendance and third‑party coordination.
  • Partner with HR on FLT recruitment, relocation, induction, and onboarding to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the whistleblowing process, including scheduling, record‑keeping, and internal communications support.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive support or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and travel arrangements.
