What is the role
The Employer Brand Manager is responsible for all employer brand activity; bringing to life the Colleague Deal for all colleague and candidate audiences for Flutter Functions & UKI Region.
This role holder will drive increased awareness, engagement and consideration of what it is like to work for Flutter; ensuring the business become recognised as a leading employer of choice. Ultimately, this will help build quality future-ready talent pipelines to support Flutter's business growth.
A key member of the Employer Branding & Attraction team, their remit is inclusive of high-volume Retail & Customer Operations, Corporate Specialist roles (e.g. Commercial & Tech) and Emerging Talent across both Flutter Functions and UKI Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the application of the Flutter employer brand; ensuring it is used consistently and effectively both; internally across the colleague lifecycle and externally across candidate touchpoints
Design, develop and implement a range of employer brand campaigns (e.g. always-on, nurture, strategic hiring) with clear objectives to increase awareness and engagement of the Flutter brand.
In conjunction with the Employer Brand & Attraction Lead, build tailored propositions, as needed, for priority brands & functions that align to the core Colleague Deal; yet are personalised to reflect the key talent pool requirements
Develop a content strategy that brings the employer brand to life across various platforms and channels in collaboration with suppliers and internal functions
Manage the careers site platform (and other employer branding platforms); continuously evolving it to ensure an intuitive, personalised candidate experience
Manage all Flutter social media channels; including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Responsible for posting, monitoring and optimising content for each platform to engage potential candidates and amplify employer brand awareness
In conjunction with the Employer Brand & Attraction Lead, manage the employer brand guidelines being the guardian of how Flutters employer identity is expressed and experienced consistently, across all channels and audiences
Manage and optimise key relationships with suppliers and in-house creative support; providing clear briefs and ensuring they can demonstrate clear value-add and service excellence
Regularly review all data insights across employer brand channels, content and campaign activity to monitor performance, track engagement and optimise future strategies
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor intelligence and 3rd party innovation in employer branding to ensure the offering is relevant, appealing and differentiated
Experience Required:
Background in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing
Experience of developing and executing effective employer brand strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives
Proficiency in managing digital channels, preferably employer brand channels, (e.g. careers websites and social media) and understanding of high-quality content required to amplify Employer Brand messaging
Proven experience of embedding employer brand throughout the colleague lifecycle; collaborating with and influencing different teams to showcase the Colleague Deal
Proven track-record in delivery of employer brand and attraction performance metrics
Capabilities & Behaviours:
