About the role:

We are currently recruiting for an eLearning Instructional Designer to join the eLearning Experience team at iGaming Academy. This role offers a unique opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong eLearning expertise to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be part of a growing global team dedicated to transforming digital learning for the gaming and compliance industries.

As an eLearning Instructional Designer on the eLearning Experience team, you will be responsible for designing engaging, interactive, and effective digital learning experiences. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal moment as we embark on a full-scale redevelopment of our entire off-the-shelf (OTS) eLearning library. With a renewed focus on reimagining our design principles from the ground up, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our OTS offering and driving innovation in how we deliver impactful, learner-focused content. The role will report to the Head of eLearning Experience

Responsibilities:

• Designing engaging eLearning modules
• Applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Breaking down complex topics into clear, relatable, and sequenced learning paths
• Developing quizzes, scenarios, and assessments that align with learning outcomes
• Crafting storyboards and scripts in collaboration with project teams
• Working closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
• Prioritizing learner experience, accessibility, and visual quality
• Reviewing data and learner feedback to inform ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in instructional design or digital learning development
• Previous design experience using eLearning Authoring tools, such as Gomo, Articulate, or other comparable authoring tools
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional frameworks
• Strong storytelling ability and creative instructional thinking
• Experience collaborating with SMEs, developers, and designers
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with compliance training, particularly in gambling, is considered an asset
• Awareness of accessibility standards
• Media editing (audio, video, graphics) is considered a plus
• Data-informed design approach is advantageous
