What’s the position?
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to join our growing Sportsbook team as Commercial Partnership Director. You’ll take ownership of the relationships that power our sportsbook, from data providers to trading technology partners, ensuring we deliver the best possible product, performance, and value.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of commercial strategy, product innovation, and supplier performance. You’ll negotiate deals, manage supplier portfolios, identify cost efficiencies, and explore new partnership opportunities that keep our sportsbook ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage commercial relationships with sportsbook suppliers, including data feed providers, odds suppliers, and third-party technology partners
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms that deliver the best possible value and performance for our business
Identify opportunities to improve product quality, efficiency, or cost savings through smarter supplier strategies and feed optimization
Oversee all supplier reporting and ensure data accuracy across performance, spend, and compliance metrics
Evaluate new suppliers, products, and technologies — from first contact through to contract execution and onboarding
Manage onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring smooth integration with product, trading, operations, and technology teams
Monitor supplier KPIs, performance standards, and SLAs, ensuring every partnership contributes to our sportsbook success
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, trading, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to align supplier strategy with business goals
What are we looking for?
Experience in sportsbook operations, commercial management, or partnership roles
Deep understanding of sportsbook data, pricing feeds, and trading technologies
Proven track record in commercial negotiations and supplier relationship management
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance, cost, and value across multiple suppliers
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery — comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience in large-scale sportsbook or B2B supplier environments
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks across sports betting markets
A data-driven approach and curiosity for emerging technologies in the betting and gaming industry
