Aristocrat seeks a strategic and commercially minded finance leader for our Development & Build Finance team. As Director of Portfolio Planning & Capital Allocation, you will influence investment decisions, prioritize capital, guide portfolio strategy, and measure success across our multi-billion-dollar global business. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape Aristocrat's strategic direction by ensuring investments are aligned to the initiatives that create the greatest long-term value for the organization.
Far beyond a traditional FP&A role, this highly visible position sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, governance, and executive decision-making. You will help shape Aristocrat's capital allocation framework, investment governance processes, and strategic decision-making across Product, Technology, Studios, Finance, and enterprise functions. Partnering closely with senior leaders across the organization, you will evaluate cases, assess investment opportunities, and guide how the company allocates capital across innovation, technology, talent, and growth. Your work will directly influence portfolio priorities, investment governance, resource allocation, and long-term business performance across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, commercially astute, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You can move seamlessly between critical thinking, financial analysis, operational execution, and executive communication. You build credibility quickly, challenge conventional thinking when needed, and influence decision-making through clear insights and compelling business narratives. $119,000 - $221,000 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
