The Director of People & Culture, Strategy & Transformation is responsible for translating business and workforce priorities into actionable strategic projects while facilitating transformational change. This role supports organisational scalability, compliance, and transformation by leading key people initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate critical transformation projects such as governance frameworks, process standardisation, operating models, and employment models across multiple jurisdictions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Work closely alongside P&C Business Partners and other P&C functions, Finance, and Legal to ensure enterprise-wide initiatives align with commercial and operational objectives.
  • Identify people related risks working with P&C Business Partners, Finance, Legal and facilitate defining mitigation strategies.
  • Build project plans, change management strategies, stakeholder plans, and measurable success outcomes and drive through cross functional implementation teams
  • Build and refine governance frameworks for workforce processes, policies, and people operations, which reduces complexity and improves decision making.
  • Drive alignment across all business units, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to P&C Business Partners, People Managers and cross-functional teams (including Finance, Legal)
  • Support the VP People & Culture Strategy and Business Performance in embedding operational rigor across the P&C function.

What we need from you

  • Experience in partnering with Business Partners, COEs, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to deliver enterprise level initiatives.
  • Experience crafting, refining, or implementing governance frameworks across people processes and operations.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with sensitivity to legal, cultural, and operational differences.
  • Proven track record to operate in a consultative role with credibility and good judgement
  • Ability to work within a hybrid arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days a week in our central London office
