The Opportunity

FanReach is Better Collective’s newest commercial initiative, built to turn our 400M+ monthly visits into a powerful monetization engine for advertisers. Backed by a deep portfolio of publisher brands like Action Network, HLTV, RotoGrinders, and The Nation Network, FanReach connects high-intent sports fans with performance-focused advertisers.

We’re redefining how sports media is sold, leveraging CTV, display, native, and first-party audience data across the open web. Now, we’re hiring someone to take FanReach to market and turn potential into pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive sales + partnerships for FanReach across the U.S., from outreach to deal close

  • Pitch and close PMP, PG, and managed service deals with agencies, DSPs, and sports/betting brands

  • Package and sell first-party data segments through LiveRamp and similar platforms

  • Scale a repeatable revenue engine spanning direct, programmatic, and data licensing

  • Partner with internal teams (Audience, Product, RevOps, Campaign Management) to refine and deliver revenue-driving solutions

  • Act as a strategic advisor to product development, bringing real insights from the field

  • Lead FanReach’s market positioning across agencies, clients, and industry events

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 30 days: You’ve mapped key contacts, set early meetings, and refined the pitch

  • Within 60 days: You’ve secured your first closed deals and built a working pipeline

  • Within 90 days: You’re on track to build a multi-channel revenue and influence product evolution



  • You are a commercial builder with 5+ years in digital media sales, programmatic, or audience monetization

  • Deeply connected in the ad ecosystem, especially across:

    • Agency holding companies and indie media shops

    • DSP and data marketplace teams

    • Sports and iGaming buyers

  • Fluent in the language of first-party data, identity resolution, and CTV/display activation

  • A trusted seller and storyteller who can simplify complex value props

  • Passionate about sports, data, and shaping the future of fan engagement
