Are you a dynamic and result driven marketing leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation? We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across Europe.

This role is located in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, who is based in the United Kingdom.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading the marketing team of 18 people located in our Bragg Ljubljana office
  • Responsible for the delivery of Bragg’s marketing strategy in the European and Rest-of-World regions (everywhere outside the Americas)
  • Overseeing Bragg’s B2B games marketing division, responsible for supporting the launch of approximately 15 online casino games per month including landing pages, communications, roadmaps, video production, demo websites and affiliate support
  • Overseeing Bragg’s B2B corporate marketing division, responsible for Bragg’s website, social media channels, PR & email marketing delivery, product & technology marketing, presentations, award entries, advertising and commercial RFP support
  • Overseeing Bragg’s marketing creative and development studio, responsible for supporting the corporate marketing and games marketing divisions globally.
  • Working closely with HR to support internal communications and culture
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing for US & Canada, and the Head of Marketing LatAm, to align on strategy.
  • Supporting the commercial team with strategic projects and RFPs.
  • Supporting investor relations with presentations and publications as required.


What you bring to the team:

  • Highly motivated, highly organized and able to work independently
  • Must be a marketing generalist, a problem solver who enjoys working across a variety of different marketing and communications disciplines
  • Team management experience required
  • High level of written and spoken English required
  • Proactive and curious mindset, with the appetite to learn our multi-faceted business inside out, and to become our marketing expert for Europe
  • Strong people skills, able to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders of different levels of seniority, different personality types and different cultures
  • Willingness to travel for industry events in Europe, and occasionally to Bragg’s offices or events in North America or LatAm as required
  • Previous experience working in the iGaming industry is an advantage

About our B2B marketing team:

The B2B marketing team is responsible for:

  • Managing the Bragg brand, including its websites, social media, PR, advertising, sponsorships and B2B events
  • New casino game launches - approximately 15 per month - including marketing packs, landing pages, CRM and launch events
  • Marketing Bragg’s iGaming technology products, including its Player Account Management (PAM) platform, Bragg HUB product delivery and content aggregation platform, and Fuze™, the company’s player engagement toolset.
  • Marketing-led projects, such as large industry events, new marketing systems or new websites
  • Supporting commercial, product and games studio teams with presentations, product launches and events
  • Supporting the investor relations team with quarterly reporting materials and investor presentations, and investor outreach materials
  • Supporting the HR team with internal comms, internal events and employer branding
