What’s the role?

We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and forward-thinking Director – Global Total Rewards to shape and lead our global reward strategy across compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition.

 

In a highly competitive, creative, and fast-evolving global gaming landscape, reward is more than numbers — it’s a powerful driver of culture, performance, and growth. This role will design and deliver a progressive, data-driven total rewards strategy that attracts exceptional talent, fuels innovation, and keeps our people inspired.

You’ll lead our Benefits and Payroll teams globally, ensuring our reward framework is competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with our growth ambitions and creative DNA.

 

What you’ll be doing

Global Reward Strategy

  • Design and deliver a modern, flexible, and competitive global total rewards strategy.

  • Align compensation and benefits with our growth plans, culture, and talent retention priorities.

  • Build scalable reward frameworks that support a high-growth, tech-driven organization.

 

Compensation

  • Lead the design and evolution of global compensation structures across multiple regions.

  • Partner with Finance and senior leadership to develop reward models that support key development cycles and commercial milestones.

  • Oversee executive compensation frameworks and governance.

 

Benefits & Wellbeing

  • Shape innovative and meaningful benefits that resonate with diverse, creative, and remote teams — from mental wellbeing to lifestyle and gamified wellness initiatives.

  • Ensure regional competitiveness while maintaining global consistency and fairness.

  • Continuously evolve offerings based on workforce insights and market trends.

 

Performance & Recognition

  • Integrate total rewards with performance frameworks that celebrate collaboration, creativity, and individual excellence.

  • Develop recognition programmes that truly reflect and reinforce our culture.

  • Champion equitable and transparent reward practices.

 

Analytics & Market Intelligence

  • Lead a data-driven approach to reward decision-making, leveraging benchmarking tools and internal analytics.

  • Monitor global market trends and competitor practices within gaming, tech, and entertainment.

  • Provide insights that directly influence talent strategy and business decisions.

 

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team across Benefits and Payroll.

  • Drive agile, scalable processes that support multiple geographies.

  • Partner closely with the broader People team to ensure reward underpins inclusive hiring, engagement, and retention strategies.



What we’re looking for

  • Deep expertise in global compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy.

  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using HR systems such as HiBob.

  • Experience designing and managing global reward frameworks, including executive compensation.

  • Cultural fluency and confidence working across international markets.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.

  • A creative and commercial mindset — able to design reward solutions that truly engage a gaming and tech workforce.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Professional certification (e.g., CCP, CIPD) highly desirable.

  • 5+ years’ experience in compensation & benefits, ideally within gaming, technology, or entertainment.

  • Demonstrated experience operating in a global, high-growth environment.
