Join Aristocrat as the Director of Accounts Receivable and lead our global AR function with a focus on innovation, customer happiness, and operational excellence. As Director of Accounts Receivable, you will lead a team responsible for Billing, Credit & Collections, and Cash Application across North America, Canada, and LATAM. You will ensure timely, accurate, and efficient operations while championing a customer-first mindset and driving continuous improvement across the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.

What You'll Do
Lead and guide a geographically dispersed AR team, including functional leads across Billing, Credit & Collections, and Cash Application.
Steer AR strategy, boost team performance, and coordinate efforts across North America, Canada, and LATAM.
Coordinate credit risk, policy governance, and decisions on high-risk accounts and bad debt.
Ensure accurate and timely billing across all revenue models, including revenue share/participation.
Manage advanced disputes, credit holds, and customer queries in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
Maintain clean and accurate customer master data, coordinating new customer setup and updates.
Ensure timely and accurate application of cash, with clear processes for resolving unidentified transactions.
Champion automation and process improvements by bringing to bear ERP (MS Dynamics), GetPaid, ServiceNow, and other tools.
Own AR reporting and analytics, including aging reports, important metrics, and performance dashboards.
Lead the Q2C Steering Committee and working groups to promote coordination and refine procedures.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Commercial Finance, Sales, and the General Ledger team.
Coordinate team resource planning, budgeting, workload distribution, and change management initiatives.
Ensure robust internal controls, reconciliation processes, and month-end close activities.
Build strong customer and interested party relationships and encourage a culture dedicated to steady progress and high-quality service.
What We're Looking For
12+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable or related fields, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven ability to lead global teams and manage cross-functional processes in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Solid experience in credit risk oversight, billing, collections, and cash application.
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to encourage, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.
Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with demonstrated negotiation skills and influencing positive outcomes.
Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management, and executives.
Expertise in ERP systems (D365 preferred), AR tools (e.g., GetPaid), and automation solutions.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple priorities/projects, maintain schedules, facilitate change, and delegate responsibilities.
Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and operational governance.
Experience driving digital transformation and scaling global finance operations.
