Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Dabble plays a pivotal role in supporting the Digital team’s efforts across advertising, campaign management, and digital administration. Reporting directly to the Digital Advertising Manager, this full-time position involves managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across various self-serve platforms.
To be successful in this role, you will need an understanding of digital ads, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to learning and innovation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in teamwork and is enthusiastic about driving continuous improvement in digital marketing practices.
Primary Location
This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne may be preferred.
Responsibilities
Digital Advertising
- Support the Digital Advertising Manager with the management of self-serve ad platforms
- Perform split testing with ad creatives and ad copy across self-serve ad platforms
- Provide support with optimising weekly digital advertising budgets across campaigns, ad sets/groups, and ad variants
- Assess proposals and new opportunities from new partners and publishers and determine each opportunities viability
- Work with the conversion rate optimisation process to deliver improved signup and FTD rates
- Manage the changing of campaign budgets across platforms to achieve success
- Ensure creative is compliant, RSG safe & adheres to NSW L&G laws
- Continue with platform innovation to ensure Dabble leads the category in how we utilise each platform
- Assist with first to market alpha and beta opportunities when available
- Own emerging (Reddit & X) platform optimisation and campaign roll out
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure there is a continuous optimisation of app store listings (both Apple and Play Stores)
Campaign Management
- Brief creative updates to design team and collaborate with them to deliver messaging that stands out
- Audit all campaign activity on a regular basis to ensure the right messages are live and we’re compliant
- Undertake weekly reputation management across social platfroms
- Manage the secure storage and distribution of all creative assets for the Digital team
- Liaise with wider marketing team and support where required to deliver a consistent customer journey
Digital Administration
- Conduct regular competitor analysis of content and advertising
- Deliver monthly creative reporting and insights to marketing team, and ad hoc when required
- Perform ad-hoc data extraction and transformation to analyse performance e.g. campaign PCRs
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to maintain attribution tracking for the wider Marketing team
- Become accredited in relevant platform certifications e.g. Google / YT / TT / Meta Blueprint
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar brand or agency role is preferred, but not critical
- Understanding of Search Ads, Display Ads, and Social Media Ads is desirable
- Experience coordinating with external media buying agencies is a bonus
- Good copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Thrives working in a team and collaborating with others
- Strong willingness to learn and be able to take on day-to-day tasks.

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
