About the Role:
Join a high-impact team at the center of strategic customer launches, regulatory market expansions, and business-critical initiatives. In this role, you will help scale and shape our Professional Services organization, working closely with Product, Integration, QA, and Operations teams in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. You will have the opportunity to build delivery governance from the ground up, influence processes and rollout strategies, and contribute directly to initiatives with strong visibility across leadership.
What You’ll Do:

Own end-to-end delivery and rollout lifecycle

Build and manage delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies
-
Drive rollout readiness, risk management, and go/no-go decisions
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
-
Ensure production readiness (quality, monitoring, rollback)

Manage integrations, certification, and regulatory delivery
-
Track KPIs, risks, and delivery performance
-
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and tools
Who You Are:
-
4+ years in delivery / project management in tech environment
-
Experience working with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations
-
Strong understanding of SDLC, integrations, APIs, cloud systems
-
Proven experience managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders
-
Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban
-
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
-
Experience in iGaming / Sports Betting / SaaS is a strong advantage
-
Experience in regulatory or customer rollout processes is a plus
