Paddle UK is the Governing Body for Paddlesports. We have had many advances in our sport and paddling now covers a wide range of interests and passions as a sport and a leisure activity for all. Salary: £46,000 to £49,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including occasional evening and weekend work

The Role
As our Data Strategy and Insights Manager, you will lead the design, delivery and implementation of a new data ecosystem as you deliver Paddle UK’s Data Strategy. Working closely with the Lead Developer, you will develop and maintain robust BigQuery data models, build efficient ELT pipelines, and deliver trusted reporting through Power BI, to provide clear, actionable insight for a range of stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal role in embedding a strong data culture at Paddle UK, shaping a federated governance model that empowers data owners and stewards across Paddle UK. You will work closely with teams across the organisation to improve data quality, streamline how information flows, and create practical tools that make data simple, accurate, and valuable for everyone.
