ENTER THE GAME

As a Data Product Owner, you will work closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, to scope and deliver the needs of Media & Marketing Measurement team within Growth Department. Your mission is to structure and scale the marketing data foundations powering Betclic’s measurement ecosystem. You will own the data layer that enables measurement engine, experimentation, incrementality frameworks and capital allocation decisions.

This role is central to building a reliable, unified and business-ready marketing data platform within the company data lake.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Data Products, from Discovery to Delivery
  • Define and drive the roadmap of the Measurement Data Platform in alignment with the Head of Product – Media & Marketing Measurement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams
  • Turn business needs into clear, actionable solutions
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the product's success, track the progress of Data Products in your portfolio, and determine the next steps for future product iterations
  • Keep teams updated on the status and progress of Data Products
  • Manage sprints, backlogs and roadmap in collaboration with Data Science, Engineering teams ensuring strong alignment with the business teams.
  • Identify and drive innovative data solutions that support and align with business objectives 


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We value team members who are engaged, collaborative, and passionate about data! 

This role is for you if: 

  • You have a previous experience as a Product Owner managing data products
  • You have strong data analysis skills
  • You have a solid understanding of data science models and their deployment in product 
  • You have a very strong understanding of data pipelines and visualization dashboards
  • You are experienced with Agile methods and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Previous experience working in media tracking is a big plus
  • You are fluent in English

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Joe for a HR screening and Q&A on the role, responsibilities and journey
  • You will then meet your future manager Alicja – Head of Data Product for a technical discussion and Use case
  • Next, you will meet Iouri – Chief Data Officer
  • Final interview will take place in our office in Bordeaux, where you will meet Anne Laure – Head of Product, Media & Marketing Measurement, your main stakeholder.
  • Finally, you will complete an AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, and reasoning) and have a final HR interview with Joe
