Your role in action:
Reporting to a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a hands‑on role in delivering end‑to‑end analytics solutions. Joining the DataHub team, you will bring a strong depth of Tableau knowledge, working across operational data sources, building trusted dashboards, solving data challenges, and partnering directly with internal users and external customers and partners to uplift capability and confidence in analytics platforms.
You will
- Create clear, trusted dashboards and reports for internal users and external customers and partners
- Deliver face‑to‑face and virtual training to support adoption and effective use of analytics platforms
- Translate end‑user questions into practical reports and actionable insights that support confident decision making
- Work across operational data sources to solve real‑world data challenges
- Contribute across the full analytics lifecycle, from data preparation to insight and decision
- Leverage your Tableau expertise to deliver scalable, high‑quality analytics solutions
- Adhere to regulatory, data governance, and privacy compliance requirements
What you'll need to succeed
You are curious, adaptable, and energised by solving real customer problems. You bring strong analytics capability, enjoy working closely with others, and are comfortable switching focus as priorities evolve in a small, busy team.
- Significant experience building dashboards and insights, ideally as a Tableau specialist
- Proven ability to uplift others through training and clear, practical guidance
- Strong understanding of data platforms, engineering concepts, and reporting tools
- Ability to move confidently between priorities without losing quality or momentum
- Clear communicator who makes complex information easy to understand
- Team-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
