About Flutter Functions:

The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company

Role Purpose:

Transform procurement data into clear, decision-ready insights and reusable visuals that help stakeholders act fast. Partner with the Hyderabad D&I team and the wider network to structure data, build executive-friendly decks and dashboard-style outputs, and support self-service adoption across Procurement.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain presentation-ready dashboards and decks that explain spend trends, savings, supplier activity, and performance KPIs.
  • Create one-pagers and summaries that make complex data easy to understand and act on.
  • Prepare and structure data from Coupa Analytics and Excel; apply analysis to surface drivers, variances, and opportunities.
  • Draft clear narrative and recommendations for leadership and category teams.
  • Develop and evolve slide template kits and reporting guides; support user training and day-to-day stakeholder questions to drive consistency and self-service.
  • Apply QA on visualisations and data outputs; follow data privacy, policy, and standards guidelines defined by the function.
  • Contribute to change communication during reporting or system transitions; keep documentation current.
  • Maintain recurring dashboards and reports on the agreed cadence; deliver ad-hoc leadership requests on time.
  • Collaborate closely with D&I teammates to prototype and iterate quickly, ensuring scalability and sustainability of outputs.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Stakeholder management and clear communication with non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • Planning and prioritisation across multiple deliverables; comfortable in agile/hybrid environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in reporting or data analysis (procurement or finance preferred).
  • Understanding of procurement processes, data flows and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into clean, executive-ready presentations and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in data tools including visualisation (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Google Data Analytics, Databricks, Excel, Power Point, SQL, Python)
  • Strong Power Point and Excel skills including knowledge of large spreadsheets, pivot tables, IF statements and VLOOKUPS.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various departments, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals to achieve collective success.
  • Proven ability to set ambitious goals and continuously strive for improvement/Demonstrates a strong focus on achieving high-quality outcomes, consistently pushing for greater efficiency and performance.
  • Ability to make informed and confident decisions while bringing your own perspectives to the table.
