What’s the position?
The Data Analyst - Social Media and Influencer will play a critical role in shaping how Hard Rock Bet shows up across social platforms and partner channels. This position is responsible for monitoring performance across social and influencer programs, identifying actionable insights, and helping optimize content and campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and impact.
With a focus on evaluating influencer performance, tracking social KPIs, and providing strategic recommendations, this role ensures Hard Rock Bet’s content and creator partnerships are driving measurable value. The Social Media & Influencer Analyst will help build scalable
reporting frameworks, uncover trends, and support data-backed storytelling that strengthens Hard Rock Bet’s brand presence and deepens customer engagement. While social media and influencer will be the focus, this position will also periodically support other projects within the growth and content vertical.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, deeply familiar with social metrics, and passionate about sports, gaming, and digital culture. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable turning raw data into meaningful insights that guide creative
and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor daily, weekly, and campaign-level social performance across platforms. Build dashboards and reports that evaluate KPIs such as engagement, reach, retention, share of voice, and audience growth. Provide proactive insights that help optimize content strategy.
Influencer & Creator Program Analytics
Measure the impact of influencer campaigns—including content performance, audience relevance, conversion metrics, and ROI. Track creator benchmarks, identify top-performing partners, and surface opportunities for optimization.
Content Optimization & Insights
Analyze platform trends, user behavior, and performance patterns to identify opportunities for creative testing and refinement. Deliver insights that guide social teams in producing higher-impact content.
Campaign Support & Reporting
Work cross-functionally to support product launches, promotions, and marquee events with pre- mid- and post-campaign analysis. Create clear, digestible reporting that captures results, learnings, and recommendations.
Influencer Vetting & Research
Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential influencer partners by assessing audience fit, content quality, historical performance, brand safety, and compliance considerations.
Competitive & Trend Analysis
Monitor competitor social activity, industry benchmarks, and cultural moments—surfacing patterns and insights that inform Hard Rock Bet’s social and influencer strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Social, Creative, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure insights support broader marketing objectives and uphold responsible gaming and brand standards.
Data Stewardship & Process Development
Help build scalable processes for data tracking, influencer evaluations, reporting templates, and measurement frameworks as Hard Rock Bet’s social footprint grows.
What are we looking for?
2–5 years of experience in social analytics, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analysis (experience in sports or casino industries preferred).
Strong understanding of social platform analytics (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Reddit, Snap, etc.) and influencer marketing tools.
Experience working with analytics platforms such as Emplifi, Sprout, Dash Hudson, CrowdTangle, Tubular, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.
Experience working with data platforms like Tableau, Amplitude, and PowerBI
Experience with SQL and Python for database management and data analysis
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong passion for sports and/or casino content with the ability to understand fan behavior and digital conversation patterns.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build compelling decks, summaries, and visualizations.
Detail-oriented, curious, collaborative, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Experience with tracking influencer conversions, attribution, or affiliate metrics.
Experience or desire to lean into AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor) for research, analysis, and productivity support.
