What You'll Do

  • Collect, clean, and coordinate financial and transactional data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
  • Write and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automation of routine tasks.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Python.
  • Automate data ingestion from APIs, databases, flat files, and third-party systems.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and collaborators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay current with industry trends, standard methodologies, and new technologies in finance and data analysis.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in BI and Analytics or related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred).
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical collaborators.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end data products.
  • Proven experience ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in the gaming industry is a plus.

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced/Expert in Excel.
  • Advanced in Power BI (or similar BI tool).
  • Advanced in SQL.
  • Intermediate/Advanced in Python (pandas, sklearn).
  • Nice to have: IBM Planning Analytics.
