Create and manage dashboards and reports to support decision-making;
Analyze marketing data to assess traffic effectiveness;
Provide data discovery and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify key business metrics, perform KPIs monitoring and analysis;
Manage BI processes from inception to completion (hypothesis testing, business planning etc.);
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies;
Be responsible for preparing and presenting reports to senior management;
Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.
At least 3+ years of experience in analytics with strong data visualization skills;
Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
Knowledge of analytical events tracking approaches;
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies;
Knowledge of SQL and database management;
Proficiency in Python or SAS is desirable;
High proficiency in reporting, analysis, and optimization;
Predictive analytics;
Experiences with ML/AI tools, models and agents.
Desire to learn staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies;
