Overview of the role:

We have an exciting new role as an experienced cyber and technology risk analyst in our Flutter International InfoSec GRC risk and assurance team for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and enjoys building strong relationships. You will be reporting into the Head of ISMS & Risk Operations - Technology in a team of 4.

You will support the cyber and technology risk management function in the capture, documentation and reporting of risks. You will play an instrumental role in driving world-class risk management activities across multiple functions.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:

The Information Security (InfoSec) Team within Flutter UK and Ireland is on a journey to move to its next level of capability and maturity. As part of the InfoSec Technology Compliance team, we need to ensure that we have a robust and scalable risk management function, to service the Pokerstars brand.

It will be your job to support the risk management activities such as running risk review workshops, documenting risks, maintaining relevant documentation, tracking actions, and getting timely updates from the relevant stakeholders.

You will build new and nurture existing relationships to ensure risks are communicated clearly and stakeholders are aware of what is expected of them (in managing their risks). You will guide stakeholders across technology on how to identify, capture, assess and manage their risks.

What you’ll bring:

A passion for organisation and structure with a keen eye for detail. You will enjoy problem solving and driving stakeholder engagement (risk management). You will bring to the team strong presentation skills, creating presentations that have a clear narrative and tell the risk-story.

We require a candidate who has achieved or is capable of the following:

• Circa 4 - 7 years of experience within a Technology/Cyber environment with exposure to cyber & technology risk/GRC.

• You will have experience organising, running and documenting risk meetings/workshops.

• You will have experience interacting with and challenging stakeholders at all levels with regards to risk assessments.

• You will have experience documenting/scoring risks and maintaining risk registers.

• You will have experience managing exemptions in relation to cyber control deficiencies.

• You will have strong organisational skills and experience including version control, library structure and naming conventions.

• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Confluence.

• Any knowledge and experience of Industry Cyber frameworks such as ISO27001/2, NIST CSF, ISF SoGP, CIS, AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) is desirable.

• A formal qualification such as ISO27001 auditor, CRISC, CCSP, CISA, CISSP is desirable.

• Experience working within a highly regulated industry.

• A definite advantage would be experience in the online gambling industry and experience of gambling regulatory requirements.
