CVM Manager

The CVM Manager will work closely with the Head of Performance & CVM. You will strengthen our approach to the strategic planning and operational execution of all promotional campaigns — both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) — with the main objective of maximizing customer lifetime value, driving revenue growth and reinforcing our position as an industry leader in customer engagement.

You will manage a high-performing team across multiple locations, encouraging cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across Flutter Group to deliver best-in-class promotional initiatives.


This is a truly collaborative and all- encompassing role, with opportunity for tangible impact. It is a key role for Betfair Gaming in shaping our growth trajectory.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute the end-to-end CVM strategy for the Betfair Gaming, with a clear focus on customer retention, cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation. Ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives and long-term business growth.

  • You’ll plan and evolve the generosity we give our customers. You’ll help to craft how we reward customers in a relevant, value adding and timely way.

  • Collaborate cross functionally to execute personalized and segmented lifecycle campaigns (BTL) aimed at maximizing engagement and reducing churn. Leverage behavioural data to deliver relevant, timely, and high-impact player experiences.

  • You’ll plan the roadmap that clearly outlines the generosity ambitions and different workstreams across the short, medium and longer term.

  • You’ll optimise and report on budgets of £25M+.

  • We’re looking for innovation and fresh ways of thinking – we’ll welcome new insights about how to distribute generosity across the base.

  • You’ll work together with the GLT to help define the customer life stage journeys and build critical metrics for further (new customers) & win- back (lapsed customers).

  • You’ll work with the performance team to create a clear reporting framework, you’ll build measurable results which can be translated to your key partners.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll have confirmed experience in Commercial/Growth roles.

  • A level of ambition and goal -orientation are integral here. You’ll get stuck in and achieve results that impact the bottom line.

  • You’ll possess an understanding of business and a naturally commercial mentality. Able to make business- focused decisions that help construct the CVM strategy that considers the wider market and trends.

  • This role is all in the relationships – a natural relationship builder, who can collaborate and communicate efficiently with a diverse mix of colleagues will add loads of value.

  • Clear communicator, ability to influence at all levels with clarity and conviction.
