This Customer Support Representative offers a great opportunity to anyone who loves fantasy sports and wants to break into the online gambling industry. This will be a part time position with the possibility to go full time over time.
Responsibilities
- Support in the day to day operation of customer service for the business
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, further improving the customer experience
- Take ownership and deal with customer queries in an effective, professional and compliant manner
- Investigating customer issues escalating these so they can be resolved as quickly as possible
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to provide solutions to issues that meet customer expectations
- Answer queries via email and phone in a timely manner
- Record all issues and queries using our internal CRM system
- Act as a support for additional side projects during slower seasons
Requirements
- MUST have knowledge of fantasy sports and sports betting including season-long and DFS (daily fantasy sports) for all sports
- Your own working computer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
- Team player attitude
- Strong computer skills
- An Interest in the online gambling space is desirable
- Flexibility - our customer service operating hours are from 9 am - 9 pm central time, and your shifts will always fall in between those hours, either starting at 9 or working until 9
