Playtech is seeking a US iGaming Customer Success Manager to join our Operation Team in the US. This position is open to candidates based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or New York (Tri-State area). The Customer Success Manager will work with the CSM team. You will support CSM team with a deep knowledge of the customers’ business model and product offering and develop strategies and plans to ensure that customers optimize Playtech products. The Customer Success Manager will also establish and maintain close relationships with various departments across the global Playtech organization.
