The Legal & Responsible Gaming team, within our wider Customer Services Division, operates as a 2nd Line team and contributes to the set-up, implementation, development and monitoring of responsible gaming and compliance policies. It has a key function in the satisfactory settlement of complaints within the international Customer Service unit.
You will be mainly responsible for handling or providing expertise to other teams within the Entain group on topics falling into the following areas:
