Customer Service Agent

 We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join Betsson Group Vilnius office. The role works in shifts from 8am to 7pm.

THE DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• helping our customers via email, chat, telephone;
• being a representative externally towards our customers;
• assisting Team leader to report on what is happening in the market.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

• Excellent Lithuanian communication and written skills;
• Good English communication and written skills;
• Ability to work both in teams environment and individually;
• Ability to cope with heavy workloads.

EXTRA AWESOME:

• Have experience in customer service;
• Speak Russian.
