How you'll be part of the action
You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value customers through personalised service, exclusive events and tailored engagement strategies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experiences while ensuring all interactions align with responsible gambling and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and high-value customers
- Deliver personalised service through VIP experiences, exclusive offers and events
- Execute customer engagement, retention and reactivation campaigns
- Identify opportunities to grow customer value and long-term loyalty
- Use insights and feedback to enhance products, services and experiences
- Collaborate with teams to deliver seamless and consistent customer experiences
Your game changing qualities
You’re a relationship builder who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences. You thrive in dynamic environments, build trust quickly, and know how to turn insight into meaningful engagement.
- Experienced in relationship or account management, customer engagement or premium service delivery
- Proven ability to host events, VIP experiences and deliver exceptional customer interactions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage a rotating roster across a 7-day schedule
- Willingness to travel for events and customer engagement activities
Desirable Experience
- Background in wagering, racing, sports, entertainment, hospitality or another highly regulated customer-focused industry
- Experience with customer acquisition, retention or reactivation campaigns
- Understanding of compliance, risk management and responsible gambling requirements
- Experience managing sensitive customer matters with professionalism and discretion
