Job Description

The responsibilities assigned for the position will be:

  • Assist our customers base via Live Chat, phone and email.
  • Assist our customers with a wide variety of account inquiries, including payments, login and betting inquiries.

From your first day with the company, you will receive training on all aspects of the role, including sports and betting so that you are ready in fulfilling the duties and can develop in the operation as a career plan.

Conditions:

  • Rotating schedule: you will work 5 days out of 7 in the week between 07:00 and 00:00, including weekends and holidays, in our offices in Bogota. Time availability is required if necessary.
