What We are looking for

As a CSR Manager, reporting to the Head of PR, CSR & Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s CSR strategy while ensuring its seamless integration with the overall brand and marketing initiatives.

What you will work on:

  • Lead Novibet’s CSR program, “Giant Heart,” overseeing NGO partnerships and driving the expansion of initiatives across Greece, Brazil, Mexico, and Cyprus.
  • Develop and implement impactful CSR strategies, campaigns, and storytelling that enhance brand reputation and reinforce Novibet’s purpose-driven identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure CSR initiatives are fully aligned with brand positioning and communicated through consistent, engaging messaging.
  • Plan and execute CSR-related events, sponsorship activations, and stakeholder engagement activities that strengthen community relationships.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and long-term impact of CSR initiatives.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in CSR, Corporate Communications, PR, or Brand Management — experience within international or regulated industries will be considered an asset.
  • Strong brand-oriented mindset with a proven track record in CSR strategy and communications excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills in Greek and English; Spanish or Portuguese will be considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on impact and collaboration.
