As we strengthen our customer engagement strategy, we are looking for a CRM Manager to drive high-quality, data-led campaigns and elevate player experiences across casino audiences. This is a replacement position for an existing member of the team.
The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage, retain, and reactivate players through targeted, insight-driven campaigns. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational precision, working closely with Product, VIP, and Creative teams. The CRM Manager will leverage modern CRM platforms and AI-driven insights to optimise campaign performance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and responsible gaming standards are met.
