You’ll own the full CRM strategy for our Brazilian market, blending creativity with analytics to design hyper-targeted promotions, gamified rewards, and personalized journeys that drive real business results. From high-stakes sports bettors to casino enthusiasts, you’ll know exactly what makes them tick—and how to keep them hooked.What You’ll Do

  • Lead the CRM vision for Brazil—develop bold, innovative campaigns (think push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app surprises) that boost retention, LTV, and reactivation.
  • Turn data into magic—analyze player behavior, segment audiences, and design personalized, cost-efficient promotions that outperform industry benchmarks.
  • Think outside the inbox—experiment with gamification, VIP perks, cashback mechanics, and exclusive events that make our brand irresistible.
  • Stay ahead of the curve—know what’s trending in Brazil (payment habits, sports passion points, casino game preferences) and leverage it in real-time campaigns.
  • Test, optimize, repeat—run A/B tests, refine triggers, and constantly push creative boundaries to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with BI, Product & Marketing to turn insights into high-converting player journeys.
  • Keep us compliant but cutting-edge—balance innovation with regulatory requirements.
  • A creative growth hacker: You don’t just follow playbooks; you invent them. You’ve built high-impact CRM campaigns (bonus points for iGaming!) that drove measurable results.
  • A data-obsessed strategist: You love digging into analytics but never lose sight of the big-picture creative vision.
  • A Brazil market whisperer: You know what excites Brazilian players (football fanatics? carnival-themed promos? local payment trends?) and how to leverage it.
