This role is available as part of ongoing evolution within our CRM function, offering the opportunity to step into a well-established environment and make an immediate impact. It presents the chance to refine existing campaign strategies while contributing fresh ideas to drive performance across our Canadian brands.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will play a key role in delivering engaging and compliant customer communications across multiple channels. The CRM Executive will focus on executing campaigns that influence player behaviour, improve retention, and enhance overall customer journeys. Working closely with CRM, creative and intelligence teams, the CRM Executive will combine analytical insight with strong execution to ensure campaigns are high quality and continuously optimised.
