Job Description

  • Location & Working Model: Toronto-based, hybrid working (2–3 days per week in office)
  • Key Role Feature: Driving targeted, data-led CRM campaigns to enhance player engagement and retention
  • Salary - $70,000–$85,000 CAD

This role is available as part of ongoing evolution within our CRM function, offering the opportunity to step into a well-established environment and make an immediate impact. It presents the chance to refine existing campaign strategies while contributing fresh ideas to drive performance across our Canadian brands.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive will play a key role in delivering engaging and compliant customer communications across multiple channels. The CRM Executive will focus on executing campaigns that influence player behaviour, improve retention, and enhance overall customer journeys. Working closely with CRM, creative and intelligence teams, the CRM Executive will combine analytical insight with strong execution to ensure campaigns are high quality and continuously optimised.

  • Execute CRM communication and promotional plans across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
  • Utilise AI-driven insights and segmentation tools to enhance campaign targeting and effectiveness
  • Build, QA and deploy campaigns with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor KPI performance and collaborate with analytics teams to identify improvements
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, timing and promotional effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with creative teams to deliver compelling campaign assets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM campaign execution within a B2C environment
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Optimove or similar tools
  • Analytical capability with reporting and performance measurement tools
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and compliance standards
