Due to continued growth and a focus on delivering exceptional customer engagement, we’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our Gibraltar-based CRM team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across some of the UK’s best-loved brands, including Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, and PartyCasino, helping to shape how we connect with millions of players worldwide.
Strategy & Planning
Plan, coordinate and optimise CRM player marketing activities across multiple brands.
Develop creative, data-driven campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, re-forecasting or reallocating budgets where required.
Introduce automation and personalisation to enhance segmentation and targeting.
Collaborate across products and teams to deliver a consistent, customer-centric approach.
Marketing Execution
Manage day-to-day campaign builds, ensuring flawless customer journeys and on-time delivery.
Support the CRM testing roadmap, including A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
Ensure accurate campaign tracking, reporting and attribution.
Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Proven experience in CRM, email marketing or customer engagement roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
A passion for customer experience, innovation and creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
