Reporting to the CRM Team Leader, the CRM Executive Brazil will be responsible for executing communication and promotional plans for the Brazilian brands (Sportingbet and Betboo), reflecting the local culture and sports/gaming landscape. You will help ensure the business maintains a fully native tone of voice while staying aligned with our global brand strategies.
The communication plan will combine educational content with promotional and event-based activities, using audience segmentation techniques to ensure the right messages are delivered at the right time in the customer journey — maximising engagement. You will manage communications across all stages of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, and reactivation of lapsed users.
Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring and analysing campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise future communications. This includes tracking KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, and ROI, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
