Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-paced creative team. You will manage the production of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring creative assets are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. The role requires strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and an understanding of the creative industry’s unique marketing challenges, including compliance and regulatory considerations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee creative marketing projects from brief to launch
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure smooth communication between creative, design, content, and marketing teams
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to bring campaign concepts to life
  • Translate marketing strategies into actionable creative briefs
  • Review creative outputs for brand consistency and quality
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to gambling regulations and brand standards
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inspire fresh creative approaches
  • Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders regarding creative marketing deliverables
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership
  • Manage feedback rounds and approval processes efficiently
  • Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to review campaign results
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in project delivery

 

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of gambling industry compliance and advertising regulations
  • Experience working with international markets and multi-language campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital advertising, and social media campaign processes
  • Creative eye for design and copy
