Your Impact

As a Creative Designer, you’ll deliver high-quality, on-brand design across a range of marketing and digital projects. You’ll bring creativity and a thoughtful approach everything from day-to-day tasks to larger campaigns.

Working closely with the Creative Lead and a team of designers, you’ll contribute to ideation, creative reviews, and collaborative projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You’ll apply your design skills and problem-solving ability to create work that aligns with brand guidelines and project goals in a fast-paced environment.

Whether you’re growing your experience or building on your foundations, you’ll be supported to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and contribute ideas. Success in this role comes from delivering polished, consistent creative, collaborating effectively, and continuing to grow your capability while supporting design excellence across all touchpoints.

A Day in the Life

Based in Auckland, this full-time role offers a flexible hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration with the freedom to work from home. Here’s a snapshot of your day:

• Deliver high-quality, on-brand creative across digital, animation, and print, from brief to final artwork.
• Maintain brand consistency and support junior team members, while ensuring quality templates and outputs.
• Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, contributing to team quality control.
• Work on large-scale or high-impact projects, delivering compelling and refined on-brand creative.
• Contribute to ideation, concept development, and execution, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Your Strengths

• Creative experience gained within in-house or agency environments.
• Strong creative output with a good eye for detail and a focus on quality.
• Conceptual and critical thinker who brings ideas to life.
• Great communication skills, with a collaborative and team-first approach.
• Experience in HTML5, GWD, or motion graphics would be highly regarded.
• A diverse portfolio showing a range of styles and creative skills.
