Description
We're looking for a creative, socially savvy Multimedia Specialist who can turn Digitain’s culture and people-focused stories into engaging visual experiences.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality photo, video, and multimedia content that captures life at Digitain from cultural moments and team stories to milestones and global campaigns
- Lead employer branding content creation across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond)
- Concept, script, shoot, and edit end to end with a strong aesthetic sensibility
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Leadership to surface stories worth telling
- Manage and grow relationships with local production crews, studios, videographers, and talent
- Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt content formats accordingly

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, or social media marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video, photography, and social-first creative work
- Deep understanding of social media platforms — how they work, what performs, and why
- A genuine creative eye — you have opinions about composition, color, and storytelling
- An established network within Armenia's local production ecosystem (studios, videographers, creative freelancers)
- Fluency in Armenian and English
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-moving team
- Experience with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Capcut, or equivalent)
- Experience with employer branding or internal comms content
- Background in creative agencies and teams, tech, gaming, or global-scale companies
