About Flutter Functions:

The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company

Role Overview:
The CRE Systems & Automation Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of automation, system-enabled process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives across Corporate Real Estate (CRE).

This role owns the execution, prioritisation, and quality of delivery for automation and system initiatives, ensuring they deliver tangible business value and are effectively adopted by stakeholders. Combining delivery leadership, coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement, the role acts as a visible and credible representative of CRE automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership & Coordination

•Lead and coordinate the delivery of automation and system initiatives across CRE

•Set clear priorities, delivery standards, and ways of working across initiatives

•Balance BAU demands with transformation and automation activities

•Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives in parallel

Automation & System Enablement

•Own the delivery of automation initiatives across CRE processes

•Oversee the implementation of new CRE systems and system enhancements

•Ensure automation and system changes are scalable, supportable, and aligned with business needs

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

•Act as the primary delivery-facing representative for CRE automation and system initiatives

•Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, communicating progress, value, and trade-offs

•Translate technical solutions into clear, business-focused narratives

•Position and promote CRE automation solutions to drive understanding, buy-in, and adoption

Planning, Prioritisation & Intake

•Work with the Lead, CRE Shared Services to translate priorities into actionable delivery plans

•Manage intake, prioritisation, and sequencing of automation and system initiatives

•Actively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints

Governance, Quality & Standards

•Ensure appropriate documentation, testing, and handover are completed for all deliverables

•Maintain quality standards across automation, integrations, and system changes

•Ensure compliance with Group technology, security, and data standards

AI & Emerging Technologies

•Awareness of AI-driven automation concepts, including the use of AI agents and intelligent workflows in enterprise environments

•Understanding of how AI capabilities can enhance automation outcomes (e.g. decision support, data interpretation, workflow optimisation)

•Ability to identify opportunities where AI-enabled solutions could complement existing automation initiatives

•Experience working with or alongside AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot, AI Builder, or similar) is beneficial but not required

•Comfortable collaborating with specialised teams (e.g. Group Technology, Data teams) on AI-related initiatives

Requirements:

  • Essential:

• Proven experience leading or coordinating digital, automation, or system delivery initiatives

• Strong background in automation, system delivery, or digital transformation

• Hands-on experience with RPA and low-code platforms (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Workato)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders

• Ability to position and present automation and digital solutions in a business context

• Experience translating technical delivery into value-driven messaging

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in parallel

Future Ready: Demonstrating curiosity and openness toward AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and share knowledge

  • Nice to have:

• Experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, or operational environments

• Exposure to API-based integrations and enterprise platforms

• Experience working within matrix or global organisations

  • Leadership Style & Expectations:

• Confident and credible communicator with senior stakeholders

• Delivery-focused, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented

• Comfortable making prioritisation and trade-off decisions

• Acts as a visible spokesperson for automation outcomes
